A bit ABOUT ME
Having studied nutrition for 4 years, and worked as a practitioner for 5, I have a wealth of experience in a wide range of sports including running, football and swimming. I currently work as a lecturer at Plymouth Marjon University and am the first team nutritionist at Plymouth Argyle FC, as well as supporting TASS athletes through Exeter and Bristol Uni.

Performance in sport can be enhanced or hindered by many factors. Training, S+C, psychology and sleep are all part of the puzzle. Nutrition can often be a forgotten piece and one that can have a profound impact on performance and recovery.

My aim is to educate, problem solve and facilitate positive changes, arming athletes of the South West with the skills to fuel themselves and look after their health, all whilst maintaining a love for food. ​
