INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

Improve your food mindset, transform your training and smash your next PB.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

​You'll complete a starter survey and sign a consent form (detailing legalities, confidentiality and data protection) using Google forms. Providing you and I are both happy to proceed, we will book our initial consultation. We will deep-dive on your lifestyle, training, goals, typical diet, supplements, barriers, habits and concerns. I will then put together a personalised nutrition plan for you with key goals and tailored feedback. 

 

I will send your feedback along with a payment link within 2 weeks and we will meet again to talk through it together. I will check-in a couple of weeks later to see how you're getting on and help iron out any issues. Further follow-up sessions can then be booked if additional support is required.

HOW IS IT FORMATTED?​

  • 90-minute initial consultation in-person or online

  • 60-minute feedback consultation in-person, online or by phone call

  • 60-minute follow-up consultations available as required

You might be looking for short-term support for an upcoming event (some very hands-on event prep shown with Jason below when he swam the Channel!) or simply want to find out how to use nutrition to optimise your training adaptations. Alternatively, you may want to transform your relationship with food, gain food freedom and reduce food guilt, obsession and anxiety. The level of support required to be impactful will look different depending on the situation and individual.
